      Dear all,

My Pfsense version is 2.3.4. I have 2 Pfsense which is running in Active/Standby mode in my network. When
we change the configuration (Update user account/ Firewall rule set..etc) in the Active server, the Standby server GUI  did not work (no response) again. We need to press 16 ) Restart PHP-FPM in console or reboot the server. Please teach me how to fix this issue. Thank you very much. :)

I have a similar problem with One pfSense. When the WAN goes down and comes back up, the GUI is unresponsive until executing 16) Restart PHP-FPM. I have tried a single WAN and Dual WAN configuration with failover. If either WAN goes down, I get the same problem with the GUI becoming unresponsive. Most of the time the firewall will not pass traffic until Restarting PHP-FPM.

How many local users do you have on there?

That sounds like https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/7469 – depending on the speed of the hardware that can show up with 10-20+ local users.
