      I have two installations with 1.2.1 RC2.
Both have problems when recieving DNS settings from ISP.
The problem do not apear allways, but when it starts, it's persistent.
I have managed to get it after switched MAC a couple of times on interface,
but don't know if that is the reason why it worked again.

One is connected to a cable modem, and the other to an ADSL-modem.
      Both using DHCP on ISP.

      Edit:
      Corrected to RC2

Is it with a default install? http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,7001.0.html
If there is a problem with your DNS provider your could use OpenDNS System -> General Setup
        208.67.222.222
        208.67.220.220

This is a default installation with changes only to local lan ip-range.
          One WAN connection with DHCP.
One LAN connection with DHCP 192.168.10.*.
          No aditional rules added.

ISP:s do not recognize this DNS problem as a problem of them.
When changing to laptop directly connected to WAN modem, DNS is correctly set.
