Hey all just wanted to post for future lookers that the ASRock IMB-195 (http://www.asrock.com/ipc/overview.asp?Model=IMB-195) works fine on pfSense 2.4.1 with no additional configuration tweaks needed. I'm running a Pentium G4400T (skylake arch) in it with 8gb of ram and on a non-ppoe gigabit connection it  has no problem pulling 940-950 consistently at 15% CPU usage with no packages.

Thats awesome.  Its good to know what works out of the box.  Not just hacks for things that have issues.

Looks like a neat little board. At what price did you get it? I see some units floating around USD $176.00 but it seems only a small selection of industrial vendors carry it.

I paid $176 from logic supply for my new build. My last pfSense build lasted 7 years, hoping by going skylake this one will last a few good years too.
