PBX Port Forwarding

Hi,
I have PBX Santral (GrandStream UCM6208)

pfSense 2.4.1 (upgrade from 2.4)
Internet : Metro internet
Wan IP: 212.156.xxx.xxx
Lan IP: 192.168.10.1

I search in topics and try all result but I could not be successful

But I was successful with IPCop.

WAN settings "Block Private Networks" and "Block Bogon Networks" are disabled.

I followed the steps above But I did not succeed

SIP Portu : UPD 5060:5061
RTP Portu : UDP 10000:20000
PBX Local IP : 192.168.10.200
External VIP for the PBX IP : 185.88.xxx.xxx
Static WAN IP : 212.156.xxx.xxx

I can control internet access.
But PBX SIP not registered
