We are planning to create a few users in admin group of PFsense. Want to know if there is any way by which we can create log file of activities like changes in firewall settings like creating target categories, editing Group ACL etc. and see who has made those changes by viewing logs.

AFAIK the only way of doing this is Diagnostics -> Backup & Restore -> Config History and do a diff between changes and create individual user ids.

Increase the Configuration Backup Cache Settings size too.
