      Greetings,

Tried to upgrade my SG-4860 from 2.3.4_p1  and the update screan showed 'Latest version' as Warning:  and that was it.  Pressed the upgrade and it failed as expected (upgraded 4 others and the same thing happened) so I pressed upgrade again and the screen updated with the status as expected.  Stated that it was done and was rebooting.

After that it didn't come up for over ten mins and the conosle wouldn't connect.  Powered it down and prought it to my desk.  On boot this is what I got:

      can't find 'kernel'

Error while including /boot/menu.rc, in the line:

Type '?' for a list of commands, 'help' for more detailed help.
      OK

Another identical unit had a ATOMS chip hardware issue and never booted back up.  Had it sent in and repaired.  I know the BIOS needed to be updated so I manually did that and it succeded.  But no change.

Downloaded the Factory image for that device, put it on a USB and started to boot from it and this was as far as it went.

      Booting...

      And it just sits there...

The USB LED flashes every once in awhile but not consistently.

      Thoughts?

      Thanks[/s][/code][/s]
