Can't load 'kernel' 1.2.1-RC4

i'am use pfSense-1.2.1-RC4-LiveCD-Installer.iso
installing to harddrive, after reboot pfsense can't load.

motherboard Albatron PX845EV1, IDE HDD 30Gb, IDE CD-ROM

P.S.
when i try to install from old disk with pfSense-1.2-RC4-LiveCD-Installer.iso
they work perfectly
