      Is it possible to make pfSense (2.4+) act like Cisco VPN Client (it is obsolete, but works just fine for my needs)?
      Anyone done it before?

        pfSense can be an Mutual RSA/PSK+Xauth server but I do not believe there is any way to make it a client of such a server. You will probably have to continue to run a Cisco client on the host behind the firewall.

          If you'd change all the clients, you could easily do the job with OpenVPN inside pfSense.
