Switch VLAN Configuration

I have an SG-3100. I am trying to assign a different VLAN to each switch port but cannot find tutorials or information on how to do this.
It seems that it should be common in help articles and intuitive

What I've done:
Interfaces>Assignments: Created a VLAN with LAN as parent directory.
Interfaces>OPT3: Enabled and assigned static IP
Interfaces>Switches: For port 3 took away all members.

I want switch port 3 to use VLAN OPT3. I don't see any options to assign a VLAN to a switch port.
