Never seen anything like it. Has to be a browser issue. Clear cache, etc.

Does it do the same thing in another browser?

No idea but it is something peculiar to your setup.

I have not changed anything in my browser settings If that's what you mean

Or you mean the settings of pfsense
          If it is the latter
Where there are settings of this type in pfsense

No there's no setting that says "start the dashboard in the middle of the page"

              I know that
I thought that maybe there are settings for pfsense theme

I tried resetting the browser settings
              And delete the cache
              But it did not help

Did you clear you browser cache?  I would remove widgets, move them around? It could be a widget grabbing attention?

That's the first thing I tried
                    Delete browser cache
This happens in both Firefox and Chrome

                    will try to remove widgets

                      I removed all widgets
And I added them one by one

Picture widget is causing this malfunction

                      Can it be fixed?

                          no
same picture as  the old pfsense computer

                          strange
                          I deleted the picture
                          And I loaded it again

                          And now it's all right
