Captive Portal: File Manager

Captive Portal: File Manager is broken. When trying to upload a file the hole system freeze and needs a hardware reboot.

any ideea ? or how can I manually change the page ? I've tried to load some files to /var/db/cpelements but they magicaly disappear after a period of time.  ???
