Is this ethernet port setup possible?

Tell Pfsense to exactly send data it sees on one port to another port?

That's the port mirroring feature of a managed switch.
Doesn't have a thing to do with pfSense. -

That is a 802.1D bridge. I can't use that as it doesn't really bridge but bridge plus filter. I need everything bridged.

You surely have an old switch laying around somewhere, don't you? Best bridge ever.
What do you wanna do with the port mirror when you "need everything bridged"?

I want to see if there is some way to send every packet to two different ports so that 802.1X packets are not dropped. If I can get two ports to do a true mirror then I can place the ATT router on one of them.

I assume you're still trying to workaround this: https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=142665.msg777764#msg777764
You'd get better responses if you'd actually described what you want to achieve instead of asking for random nonsense snippets.Read the link in my signature, and describe your problem accordingly.
