Custom log rotation

Hi,

We've been facing a disk space issue with a custom log file created for our SOC. There's an advanced option setup to create a custom CEF.log files taken from squid logs.
The problem is that the file grows infinitely taking disk space and causing squid to stop.
What's the best option to rotate that custom log file?
