Deployed pfsense 1.2.1 firewall on one of our lines a couple of days ago.
Just started seeing this once in a while:

Jan 2 10:41:08 kernel: pid 36710 (php), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
Jan 2 09:36:03 kernel: pid 58358 (php), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
Jan 2 09:24:13 kernel: pid 50495 (php), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
Jan 2 08:01:23 kernel: pid 39540 (php), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
Jan 2 05:39:22 kernel: pid 36116 (php), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
Jan 2 05:33:28 kernel: pid 14997 (php), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)
Jan 2 01:54:32 kernel: pid 54736 (php), uid 0: exited on signal 11 (core dumped)

So looks like php is getting a segmentation violation… Any idea what's up?

      Thanks..

Not that it's a definitive answer, but typically Signal 11 crashes are faulty hardware - usually RAM.

        See: http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/faq/troubleshoot.html#SIGNAL11

Not saying it couldn't be a software issue, it easily could, but without others seeing similar issues I'd be more inclined to distrust the hardware.
