How to limit wifi connecting devices under pfsense firewall

Dear Team,

I am looking to limit the number of devices connecting to wifi which comes under pfsense firewall setup.

limitation as per laptop and smartphone device .

is it possible.

Where the setup is as follows

cable modem > pfsense firewall > cisco smart switch > toto link router > pc & wifi devices

WPA Enterprise and FreeRadius if you want to limit connections by user ID & number of times that user can connect using his/her ID.
