Firewall Rules

Hi there. Maybe is a dumb question but, i ask any way. Whats the order in wich PFsense read and applies the rules in the firewall? From top and the first coincidence? From the below and the first coincidence? From top and the last coincidence? From below and the last coincidence?

Top down, first rule to trigger wins - no other rules are evaluated once a rule triggers.
