Openvpn user to ipsec other pfsense - help!

Hi

I have a openvon user that i need access to a ipsec tunnel on another firewall

I passed the traffic from one firewall to the other adding some routes on my openvpn user

But i am a bit mioxed on how i will enable these users to access on the ipsec on the other firewall

They have access to the lan on that firewall…

So vpnuser come in with 10.20.20.0 and are opened to 10.5.5.0 that is the lan on the other firewall.
The ipsec is site to site with a client and points to they're ip
