      Hi everyone!

I have a NAS located in my LAN : 192.168.3.8
It is configured to accept Samba protocol access to its files.

I can access to these files from my Windows computer 192.168.3.6  (same LAN)
However I can't access to them from another computer (located in a second LAN : 192.168.4.6)

What do I need to do?

Here are my 2 interfaces, I1 and I2:

      I1 static IPv4  192.168.3.3 /24
      I2 static IPv4  192.168.4.3 /24

      Thanks!

        Check: https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Connectivity_Troubleshooting

or Show us your "I1" & "I2" FW rules (attach screeshots)

How are you trying to "access" the NAS ?

Have you tryed by IP ? \192.168.3.8\your_share_name  ?

What are you rules?  If they are both any any or allow the port for SMB 445 over tcp and your using that - then check the firewall on the host your trying to access.  out of the box it will block non local access.

Thanks, I've just realized that the problem is on the NAS side, not pfsense
