Guys I'm having one of those moments where the screens and servers are about to find themselves thrown out the window. Below is what I've done to troubleshoot without any forward progress. Any help or advice would be fantastic.

I'm on Spectrum / Comcast internet
I'm using pfSense 2.4.2 in a router on a stick method
      I'm using IPv4 for everything
I'm using vlans WAN (with public IP) & HOME vlan with torrent server on 10.0.10.6
I've port forward 8999 from any to 10.0.10.6:8999
I've created the firewall rule on WAN for any to 10.0.10.6:8999
I've created the firewall rule on HOME for WAN to 10.0.10.6:8999

I've checked through canyouseeme.org and confirmed that 8999 is open
I've checked that qBittorent is listening and sending traffic on 8999 to remote ports 1337,6969,2707 successfully
I don't have any floating firewall rules
I've gone to the Windows firewall rules and explicitly opened UDP/TCP on 8999
I've explicitly set my public IP in qBittorent > advanced > 'ip address to report to trackers' as my public IP
I've explicitly set my NIC from Any Interface to the NIC of the torrent server & it's IP address to bind to
I've explicitly set the torrent protocol to tcp instead of tcp/utp with no difference
I've set up UPnP / NAT PMP port forwarding up in both qBittorent & pfSense with no difference
I've enabled and disabled anonymous mode in qBittorent without any changes
I've upgraded qBittorent to 4.0.4 with no change (found tracker issue on github for this version and reverted back to 4.0.2)
I've made sure my proxy server settings in qBittorent were set to none

I've used both qBittorrent & Transmission with the same issues, so it makes me believe it's not the torrent software.
I've tried trackers on different ports ie. udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80 with the same issue
I've tried to hit tracker.openbittorent.com through the browser and there's nothing although that's the same with my cell phone service
nslookup of tracker.coppersurfer.tk returns the ip address

What on gods green earth is the issue here?
No trackers work and have never worked since I've used pfSense….Is my ISP blocking these trackers all of a sudden?  :o I'm using 8.8.8.8 in my DNS on pfSense > general setup

Any and all advice is welcome!
