      This Squid package supported delay-pool mechanizm?
      In page TrafficMgmt (squid edit page) present
      'Download Throttle on Interface' and 'Download Limit Per Host'

      Pls give more info about this params .. this use delay-pool? (I never no used this and want know more).
      How correct this worked in Shaping router?

      Possible add 'Download Throttle on Interface' and 'Download Limit Per Host' smallest values ?
      8,16,32 KBit/s (equivalence 1, 2, 4 Kbyte) - this need for 'Per host' limit.
