its a newly installed pfsense ver 2.4.2 that i upgraded to 2.4.2-RELEASE-p1
i am not sure if the error was there before upgrade.

the only rules on wan interface is Block private networks and Block bogon networks
i have darkstats and Suricata installed and it seams that i can trigger the error by reloading Suricata

i have another pfsense ver 2.4.2 (not upgraded) with Suricata running and here i dont get that error

There were error(s) loading the rules: /tmp/rules.debug:154: syntax error - The line in question reads [154]: pass out route-to ( em2 gateway-ip ) from wan-ip to !/ tracker 1000004861 keep state allow-opts label "let out anything from firewall host itself"
