Upgraded a Netgate branded firewall today from 2.3.4 to 2.4.2. After the upgrade, it automatically rebooted and now the system won't post and the lights on the front are solid red. No console access. We've tried power cycling multiple times. Any ideas?

Same problem here. Netgate SG-2440 purchased 02/21/2016 from store.pfsense.org. Noticed a new version available (2.4.3) and selected update in the webgui. After the reboot it never came back. Two red lights and no console. The network lights flash as if it's working but both lights are red and after a few minutes all the lights turn off and nothing.

Same here with a SG-2440 though not upgrading, just running.  Just stopped working.  Two red lights after very brief green when applying power, can't even console in, doesn't seem to be booting.  Lights last for couple minutes, then blank. Tried with another power supply

Behind a UPS, nothing happened in lines.  Pulled cover off and looks clean, nothing obviously burnt, no smell, been working fine in same spot for a couple of years.  Stone cold. All other equipment is fine.
