Below is a list of the Session Replay Companies with their ip ranges. Put these into your firewall to block your machine from accessing and being accessed by them (note - slight chance this might cause a website to hang while waiting to communicate with the blocked spying relay company):

Easy Privacy should have all the site domains in the block list.
PfBlocker with Easy listings enabled will stop it and UBlock or NoScript would also.
Did I ever tell you how much I hate javascript. >:(
