      Hallo,

i just update my PC Engines ALIX from 2.4.2 to 2.4.3. Everything lookes fine.
But after first reboot the pfSense does not boot. Just hanging on a line it say's "handle_02". Please have a look at the two attachements.

      Any idea?? Thank You!!

      A.

After updating to 2.4.3 today (PC Engines APU), I have similar issues. The system tried to reboot but hung in the reboot loop (screen indicating that the system was not ready yet.

This went on for ~ 30 min or so until I powercycled the APU.

I see the boot screen last visible line in my case is the (double echo /boot/config/: -115200 -D

The system does not come up.

LanceD, you have an APU, not an ALIX.
An ALIX is 32bit only and therefore is stuck at the 2.3.x branch.

Did the same.  At least the machine works again now.

              This was not so nice.

Monitoring logs are lost apparently. However, the config could be salvaged as described above. I still have no idea, why the update failed.
