I have a CSE-505-203B chassis that was bought a few years ago from pfsense. Now it does not work, IPMI reports POST-code ff.

Where can I go to support this hardware in supermicro or pfsense.

Also I do not see activation of IPMI for BIOS update.

That code is just the case, what board does it have in it?

If you purchased it from us you should open a ticket at our support portal: https://go.netgate.com

If it's out of warranty we may not be able to help you directly but we can advise you there based on the serial number etc.

          Hi,

You will need to contact SuperMicro for help with this product. Here is their contact information: https://www.supermicro.com/support/index.cfm

          Thank you,
          -James

The serial number you gave us is not in our database. It's either very old, in which case it will be outside warranty from us or Supermicro, or it didn't come from us.

I couldn't find any orders from the email domain you used to open the ticket but perhaps you used a different email. If you PM me an order number I can look into it.
