      On my Windows 10 Pro machine and my Mac High Sierra machine, when I start the iDRAC 6 Enterprise VIRTUAL CONSOLE, the bottom line of text that is displayed on pfSense 2.4.2 and 2.4.3 is cut off.  I see the top half of characters.  I have a buddy with another R210 II with iDRAC 6 Enterprise and he has the same issue.  I'm not seeing any setting under VIRTUAL CONSOLE in the iDRAC to adjust lines of resolution.  Is there something on the pfSense side that can be adjusted to display the screen correctly?  Thanks!

      pfSense 2.7.2-RELEASE

        It seems the iDRAC6 virtual console likes the older sc console better.
        Adding the following line to /boot/loader.conf.local fixed the line cutting on my R210II:

        kern.vty=sc

        Then you can play around with different video modes using vidcontrol. https://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?vidcontrol(1)
