Adding VPN for specific URL

Hi,
I'm a novice at the networking stuff. I have a pfSense SG-4860, all working pretty well - I'd like to add a VPN connection so that any request to a specific url outside my network will be routed across the VPN - is this possible?

I'd have said policy based routing, but the IP address could change in the URL.
