Unable to login to web gui

this is the error i get(both with IE anf firefox)
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /usr/local/www/index.php on line 86
