Pfsence ASV scan

When my ASV scans my pfsense, I get "Inconclusive" report.

PFsense version is 2.4.2. We use PfBlockerNG to block all countries but USA.

I was wondering what is this for. Any ideas? Should I concern about it?

No idea.  Their own description is wonderfully vague.

Should I concern about it?

I would ignore it.  It's a low-priority note about their scan being interrupted by something.
