UPnP wont start

tried it on alix2c3 and on boot it doesnt start where as ins ervices it shows started but on clicking restart, it starts to work again

If it did start, then over here it will show (here : …/status_services.php ) "running" - and you can restart it.
If its not running then the "restart" isn't available. Just "start" - rather logic btw.You said that it didn't start and then you clicked on "restart"…... something is definitely not ok.
Anyway, some low level stuff must have been changed in 7.1-RELEASE-p2 - and it doesn't like the way upnp talks to it ….

it showed running but it didnt actually respond to requests to open ports so i restarted it and started then working fine.

Solution : upgrade (again - I just did) and all is well ;D
"UPnP Service" is running. -
it is working for me when the newer firmware
