Zabbix proxy web scenario checks

I'm using pfsense 2.4.3 with zabbix proxy agent 3.2.
Zabbix web scenario checks via zabbix proxy agents don't work. In the logs of pfsense I find this:
"nginx: 2018/05/15 11:57:44 [error] 33948#100090: *311 open() "/usr/local/www/Account/Login" failed (2: No such file or directory), client: 195.49.114.103, server: , request: "GET /Account/Login HTTP/1.1", host: "my.host.com""
So I think, the zabbix proxy agent uses open() syscall witch doesn't unterstand URLs and trys to open I locally. Is this a known Problem or does a solution exists?
