      hi all,

      i'm aswin, I would like to install pfsense as a router on my pc which is Disk SSD. before getting further to install, does pfsense support if installed on SSD Harddisk (it's not a m.2 ssd or such things), had intended to buy ordinary SATA HDD but got doubt. please advice

        You can install to an SSD, yes.

          Hi aswin,

          You can install pfsense to flash drive too. But the current 2.4.3 seems to had bugs in the Auto script when the PC only support UEFI boot. See my post about it.

            Pfsense is the perfect application for a solid state drive. Heck I spent usd$15 for a 16gig and it's not even 30% full after install. What's there to think about.
