Pfsense block only the internet on one single IP

Im after blocking a single IP on pfsense from the internet only, it can talk to other Ips on the lan fine only the internet.

the IP in question is 10.0.0.22

Ive added a rule which failed to work

Action: Block Interface Lan Protocol Any Source 10.0.0.22 Destination Lan Net (ive also had ago with Wan net,wan address, lan net,and lan address

Nothing seems to block its still pulling mass internet over P2P

10.0.0.22 48.5G 2.7G 45.8G 0 1.4M 0 14.5G 34.1G 486.1K
my gateway is 10.0.0.1

Your rule should be:

SRC: 10.0.0.22

DST. "Any"

and, it must be "above" any other "pass" Rule

And the "LAN" rules Tab Screenshot ?

Did you "clear" the 10.0.0.22 States after create/save/apply the Rule ?
