set class-of-service interfaces ge-0/1/0 shaping-rate 900m
how can i configure this ?

I think that statement is limiting the bandwidth in & out the interface to 900mbps on the Juniper.
You might be able to do the same with two limiters.
Firewall -> Traffic Shaper -> Limiters
