No PPPoE link in Loadbalance

I have two internet links from different providers. I use them in failover. My problem is that one of the links does not work when the other one drops, and in the IP monitor it is online. But when trying to access some site, it returns me the error: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Does anyone have any ideas ?
