Can I upgrade with the following configuration?
      0_1528211361540_pfSense.localdomain Status Dashboard.jpg

My hardware is 64bit correct ??

If I go for making a backup in: Diagnostics > Backup/Restore
I have to check or uncheck the command "Do not backup RRD data" ??

      Thanks in advance

You will need to re-install and restore the config to get to 64bit. But that does mean you can go straight to 2.4.3.

You can save the rrd data if you need it. Saving it or not should both work.
