      I'm trying to apply this patch:

      Patch is set to auto-apply. Testing works, showing the ability to apply and revert.

      If after an update I apply the patch, it applies correctly.

      If I revert the patch, set it to auto-apply, and then reboot (where there is not a system update), the patch does apply.

      However when I update to a newer build, for instance a nightly developer build from a previous developer build, the patch does not get applied automatically.

      Is this a bug or expected behavior when updating between nightlies?
