(HTC) smartphone on Android OS accessing the Captive Portal

    Hi to everyone!

    I have a problem with, one of my client´s phone (HTC) smartphone accessing the Captive Portal. Only his phone cannot access the CP that we had. He is receiving an IP but when it is time for the redirection to open the CP for him to logon, it never came up for him, but all the rest of the clients devices (tablet/laptop) connecting to the CP are fine. Is there any special config on my Captive Portal side or on his phone that I need to adjust?

    Note: I am a newbie with using PFsense, but all on first time install and system configurations works fine with majority of our clients in the hotel, except for only that client mentioned above, . :) many thanks.
