Can someone show me an example of nat port forward configuration?
      external pc: 192.168.2.10
      pfsense WAN: 192.168.2.20
      pfsense LAN: 192.168.3.1
      samba file server: 192.168.3.10
The goal is to from 192.168.2.10 have access to the files on the samba server.
      Thank you!

The WAN IP address isn't routable on the internet.

You'll need to port forward on a device that has an internet routable address or if you have an ADSL router connected to your pfSense router then put the ADSL router into bridge mode.

Don't nat your samba stuff unless you have to, use a VPN.

I wouldn't advise opening up SMB to the internet.
