      Hi,

I'm setting up a couple for pfSense firewalls on Dell's R210 II using the onboard NIC's (bce) and an addon 4x port gigabit NIC (Intel I350-AM4).

It's unclear to me whether I should still opt to disable TSO, LSO and any VLAN HW (VLAN_HWTAGGING, VLAN_HWCSUM, VLAN_HWTSO) offload on those NICs or if the newest drivers play along nicely with those options.

Also what about RXCSUM and TXCSUM, can those be left enabled without issues?

      Thanks

I would leave those settings at the defaults unless you're actually seeing issues.

        Steve
