CRON Reset to default?

Hi, I am looking for a package category but i can't find any so I did post my problem here.
My problem is i did delete the cron preset values. I wanted to revert that action. so I did try to reinstall the cron but the default values were not set. I try to uninstall it. then install it again but the result were the same.
Is there any way to reset the cron to its default value with its predefined cron schedule? Thanks

@alexcheddar In my humble opinion I dont see another way that to reinstall pfsense and prior to that make a backup of your settings.

Maybe someone can provide you a screenshot from his cron or the cron config file here. I am on the road and currently have no access - sorry.

Yes that could be also a solution if someone have not change the original cron settings!

I'm quite surprised that the cron package is even capable of modifying the system's /etc/crontab. Normally the recommendation is to put the custom entries into root's (or some other local account depending on the needs) own crontab and leave /etc/crontab for the system default entries.
