i'd like to install pfsense on a PC. I want to download but i d'ont know which value specify forf the parameter "console" serial or VGA?
which software cdan i use to grab the image on my USB key?

Depends on the hardware upon which you are installing?
If you want a VGA console, select VGA.
Use etcher to write the memstick image file to a USB stick. https://etcher.io/
If you choose ISO, burn it to a CD (Or use it in your virtual environment) just like everything else.
