I don't see any issues with the ACB system at the moment. The error message would indicate that your username and/or password are not valid. Please double check those. If the issue persists, please DM me your user name (no password please) and I will check your account.

my user name / password worked fine on https://portal.pfsense.org/members
no changes were done recently to backup

Did you renew your Gold subscription? The same thing happened to me, and it took me a day to realize that I forgot to renew Gold. Once I did that, everything started working properly.
