User : Can view all pages with reboot only

Hi Guys,
Is is possible to create a user that can view all pages with reboot only function.
This is for, If there's an unusual behavior the user can check, validated and do a initials troubleshooting by rebooting.

You can give a user access to all pages of the WebGUI, but deny access to write to the config.xml.
Just assign these two privileges to the user:

• WebCfg - All pages
• User - Config: Deny Config Write
