      Hello all,

I am in a strange situation. A friend of mine has procurred a Windows Server and has taken a static IP to access the server from internet. He is using port 1010 to rdp to server. Inspite of my suggestion of putting the server behind a firewall and acccessing it using openvpn he is not ready to spend that little extra money. How do I show him the risk involved in such setup. Is there a way I can show him that the Server can be hacked.

      Any Pointers.

      Regards,
      Ashima
