Have you opened a ticket with support? Do you not have support?

Some more detail might be helpful - was there any sort of power issues before it is doing this? Have you tried to console in to see what it says on bootup?

How old is the device?

No I have not, I bought the device 3 weeks ago and no power failure. It just started this morning. I was checking the type of support that I have . pfSense Gold for Community Support, Can you tell me what kind of support this is. Thanks
