I installed a new HDD into an existing Windows PC to turn it into a PFSense box. In Windows both NIC are visisble but in FSense only the LAN NIC is. How do I check the state of the NICs after PFSense has booted?

        Hi,

        Access console, use option 8.
        Type

        dmesg

and look for all hardware the kernel found, typically NIC's.

pfSense uses the NIC's the OS (FreeBSD) has found.

Edit : and where are the logs ??
