thanks a thousand thanks to all the truth that it was something so simple, I thank you for your help from cuba a big greeting thanks LuisD

Glad you got it sorted... Where in Cuba? I have only been to Guantanamo when I was Navy... Ship stopped there for a very short time.. We only got to get off the ship for like 4 hours.. Enough to get a good buzz going ;) But stuck on the base..
For sure on my list of future vacation spots.. Trump made it more difficult for sure - but his clock is ticking.. So hopefully much easier travel from the US possible again soon.. ;)

2 Years, 4 months and 11 days @KOM ;)
We can only hope sooner.. But for sure it will be over then, if not I will be moving ;) There is no freaking way he could be elected again.. The Russian hackers not that good ;) hehehe
New Zealand prob top of my list of where could go.. But now that ca made it legal - its closer and moved up on the list - hehehe.. CA seems to have it all in order now.. Health care, you can drink you can get cigars from cuba. And now weed.. And prostitution legal as well - its like hey do what you want, we fix you up with healthcare ;) Why are we all not moving there!

@johnpoz hello friend I'm from Cienfuegos is a province of Cuba, I hope that one day you can visit us, my brother lived here in Cuba and went to the United States because he did not share the same ideas of the government and here he had no life with the police and security agents, now he makes his life in the US

@johnpoz hello friend I really want to set up an ad store with SG-1000 firewall, a rasberry pi and an AP (access point) all that locally because I do not have money for the Cuban internet which is a daily rent
-
That means your customers would have to come to you first and connect to your AP before they could browse your online store. You may as well just have a store or sell out of your home. And what are you selling? Ads?? How is that going to work in practice???

This thread is so lovely

hello friends I have a problem because I have a computer with two interfaces the WAN and the LAN because in the WAN I do not have the RJ45 cable even with internet access, what I wish to do is the following, redirect all DNS requests to the captive portal , I clarify that physical addresses such as 1.1.1.1 redirect without problems but when I run www.google.com I just get an error and do not redirect to the portal page
-
That is because the captive portal only redirects web requests and if clients do not have DNS they cannot resolve URLs to get an IP to make a web request.
https://www.netgate.com/docs/pfsense/captiveportal/captive-portal-troubleshooting.html#captive-portal-not-redirectingYou will need to have a DNS override configured that resolves any URL to some IP that gets redirected. That is not something I have ever attempted. But this would appear to work in the DNS resolver custom options:
server: local-zone: "." redirect local-data: ". A 192.168.1.1"
Or use a real IP that is reachable there maybe.
That would mean clients can't resolve anything though which might defeat the purpose of what you're doing....Steve
