While it's entirely possible to connect to 2 ISPs, only 1 would normally be used. Also, how do you propose splitting the users into the 2 groups? You'd need 2 instances of pfSense, 1 for each ISP and VLANs or separate networks for each group.
Thank you for your response.
In one pfSense we can not do it?

You can do it, using gateways groups, and rules with alias list, then create a rule on the internal interface and put alias_group_a as origin, destination any, gateway group gateway_isp_a, same thing with gateway_isp_b and alias_group_b.
NOT NED A 2 INSTANCE OF PFSENSE..
also you can cross redundace to both rules with the both gateway groups as failover with the 2 isp left aligned paragraph
Use policy based routing to send one group of users via one gateway (or gateway group).
In order to separate those users into a different group you will need to use static DHCP leases (or static IPs) to be sure an alias containing their IPs always matches them.
Very sorry for late response.
Currently I cant try because We have only 1 ISP and second ISP we are yet to buy. So I understood that I can use Gateway Group and with 1 Instance I can use 2 ISP Gateways.
May be with in 1 month we will procure 2nd ISP and I will ask any queries at that moment.
Thank you once again.
