Yesterday i updated acme package to latest release - noticed that it would update php from 5.6 to 7.2. The upgrade failed, removal of the package fails, and so does reinstall.

But when i check the dashboard - it states i am running 2.4.3 and the check for new updates result in: "The system is on a later version than official release. Version information updated at Tue Sep 25 15:56:36 CEST 2018"

Any idea on how to proceed from here ?

      --------Solution---------

Just to let others know - i followed this suggestion
      https://forum.netgate.com/post/791710
And my pfSense is now running 2.4.4

Thanks to https://forum.netgate.com/user/pockejocke for sharing his solution
